On Thursday 7th April Alf, one our LAK parents, is going to be running for 9 hours on a treadmill! All money comes straight back to LAK and you could win an amazing prize!

​Kings and Queens is our topic this week. So the children made their own cucumber sandwiches and we had a banquet - complete with medieval music! Look just how amazing these portraits of the Queen look, we’re super proud

This week we’ve been thinking about all the ways we can be kind to ourselves, each other and the world we live in. This morning to celebrate all we’ve been learning we went out and about around the campus handing out some lovely flowers and leaving some for people to find later.

This week at Little Acorns it has been all about the winter olympics! We have had the most amazing time teaching the children about different sports and helping them to get creative and have a go...LAK style! Check out or FB for some great shots.

We would like to wish all those celebrating the Lunar New Year today health, happiness and luck.

Our children were very lucky to hear stories and see videos from two special visitors to the setting.  We even got to make our own dancing dragons!
